The Shook Lab is accepting rotating graduate students enrolled in the GWU IBS PhD and BMM MS programs. Current opportunities include both wet- and dry-lab projects!
**We are currently seeking a BMM MS student to develop computational tools for automated analysis of images obtained from tissue sections. Please send an email to Dr. Brett Shook, expressing your interest and qualifications (e.g writing scripts in MATLAB).
We are always looking for highly motivated researchers interested in a Postdoctoral Scientist position. While it is not required, experience investigating tissue inflammation and/or cutaneous biology using animal models is preferred. Please send Dr. Shook the following documents:
- Cover letter describing your scientific interests
- Curriculum vitae or Resume
- Research interests (explain why you're interested in our research and what type(s) of research you are interested in conducting)
In addition to wet lab opportunities, the Shook Lab is specifically seeking an undergraduate with experience in MATLAB. Work for this project can be conducted remotely. Submit inquiries to Dr. Shook via email.
